Working with Deb Brown was a wonderful experience. She understood what we were looking for in a property and went above a beyond to give us video tours since we were buying from out of town. She kept working with us until we finally found exactly what we needed. We would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor in the triangle area.

Deb was great to work with. She was very prompt and even had a backup agent. She handled the responses related to inspections, negotiated which repairs and coordinated with the contractors and handyman for repairs. Everything went very smooth, both with purchase of my new home and sale of the old home.

Deb did a great job marketing and selling my house, even with a challenging tenant situation. She went above and beyond what a normal agent would have done in that situation, and because of Deb, I got top dollar for my property. Our broker was absolutely phenomenal. As a first time home buyer in our busiest work months of the year, Deb made sure we were aware of everything necessary prior to each step as well as following up at appropriate times. We never felt underprepared as well as our work schedules were impacted as little as possible thanks to Deb's perfect scheduling. She went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her. I cannot imagine going through this process as smoothly with anyone else. She will hands down be the person we recommend to all our family and friends. Deb worked around our schedules, always being considerate if we had to take calls around baby nap time or whatever else may have been going on. In addition, after our offer was accepted she helped arrange time for our painter to tour the property to give us a quote ahead of time, speeding up our move in time frame. As if that wasn't enough, less than 48 hours before closing she was notified our house had a storm surge and the A/C was impacted. She immediately scheduled an A/C technician for the next day and When we couldn't get off work, she attended the appointment, arranged for all parts to be fixed, and summarized the entire appointment for us ensuring we were satisfied prior to closing. In general, Deb helped us be confident at each step and this was crucial for us delving into a process we were so unfamiliar with.
